Based in Manchester and qualified with the CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

Job Profile
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated sales hungry Mortgage Consultant possessing their full Financial Planning Certificate along with full CeMAP papers to join one of Britain’s leading finance brokers.
£ You will be required to respond to mortgage enquiries and provide independent mortgage advice using the panel of lenders at your disposal offering a high level of customer service, ensuring that the FSA’s rules and regulations are met.

£ You will provide a full financial review on the client’s financial circumstances, offering best advice and guidance to customers to meet their requirements.

£ Offering advice from the whole of the mortgage market, you will also be required to maximise cross sales opportunities, ensuring that the client is fully aware of the whole mortgage process.

Applicant Requirements

1- 3 Years Experience.
You should be experienced in providing advice in all aspects of mortgages and the associated protection products, including term assurance, income protection, ASU and buildings and contents insurance.

You should have a patient and professional manner and be experienced in dealing with clients from all walks of life.

You should be able to co-operate within a team environment, yet maintain the ability to work alone. You should be highly motivated to achieve results, possess the ability to understand complex underwriting criteria, to organise and prioritise own workload and adaptable to change.

Salary & Package

£20,000 + Uncapped OTE £45,000
28 Days Holiday
Additional Holidays (Christmas Closedown)
9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
