
Location: Based at our Head Office branch, Northenden, South Manchester.
The Role:
As a credit controller you will join a team of 15-20 people making outgoing phone calls to customers. Key duties will include; chasing payment by telephone and correspondence; resolving customer invoice queries; and ensuring the collection of all outstanding monies via direct debt, credit cards, cash payments and BACS.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants should ideally have experience working in a credit control position. Applicants who have gained experience within sales environments, customer services and customer retentions are also welcome to apply. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential and target driven, self motivating individuals with strong organisation and multi tasking skills will thrive in this role. Full training on use of our database systems will be provided as well as an introduction to objection handling relating to payment issues.
